Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SO-LO ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SO-LO. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not create multiple accounts or transfer your account to another person.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or intimidate any other user
• Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, or illegal
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your identity
• Use the App for any commercial solicitation, spam, or advertising without authorization
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
• Circumvent or disable any security features of the App
• Collect or harvest personal information of other users
• Use the App to facilitate any illegal activity

5. Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create (profile information, photos, messages). By posting content, you grant SO-LO LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of providing our services.

Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

• SO-LO offers free and premium subscription tiers.
• Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage your subscription in your device's settings.
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Safety & Reporting

SO-LO provides tools to report and block users who violate our policies. If you encounter inappropriate behavior:

• Use the in-app reporting feature to flag the user or content
• Block users who make you uncomfortable
• Contact us at safety@so-lo.app for urgent safety concerns

We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SO-LO is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SO-LO LLC and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SO-LO LLC and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these terms.

12. Intellectual Property

The SO-LO name, logo, and all related graphics, icons, and service names are trademarks of SO-LO LLC. The App's design, code, and features are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written consent.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
